Scenario 1
Due to the circumstances I would take a look at the document on the desk. I feel that if the document involves me, why shouldn’t I see what type of investigation there doing on me? Not only would I read them, but if I am unsure of what I saw I would then confront her about the situation and get to bottom of the case.
Scenario 2
I would want to do it so that I can figure out why the nursing home is substandard. Being that everything isn’t in its place the research that I would uncover could simply be the answer to the problem the nursing home is currently facing. Since the facility isn’t being run the way it should, of course the experiences being there should and will be reported.
Scenario 3
You cannot under any circumstance use quotes as your own if they were written by another source. You have to quote and cite all the information given or face perjury. Which I’m sure I wouldn’t want to go through. Even if you get quotes from an online website, YOU still have to cite you sources.
